Stephen J M Goodburn – Chief Executive Officer
Stephen has been with the Waco Group since 1990. He started with Gentyre, a then listed subsidiary of Waco. Stephen has held numerous senior positions in this period until his promotion to Group Financial Director in 1997. Stephen played a significant role in the management of Waco during and after the leveraged buyouts in 2000 and 2005 and the extensive international experience he gained whilst with the Group was invaluable in managing the process. In August 2011 Stephen was appointed to the position of CEO of the Waco Group.

Gregory J Hart – Group Human Resources
Executive
Greg joined Waco in 2003 as the Group HR Executive and has
a Bachelor of Social Science. Prior to joining Waco Greg was
employed by Afrox Limited from 1989 to 2003 where he held a
number of senior positions. Previously, Greg was employed in
the Gold Division of Anglo American Limited from 1982 to 1989.

Rodney G Mill - Managing Director of Kwikform
Rod was appointed Executive General Manager in 2002, a Director of Kwikform in 2006 and Managing Director in 2010.
Rod has over 38 years experience in the construction industry which includes senior positions in the Queensland Division of Occupational Safety and several part time positions in lecturing building subjects at QUT and TAFE institutions in Queensland. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science-Bldg (QUT), Diploma in Management Studies (UNSW) and a Graduate Diploma in Workplace Relations (UNSW). Rod is also responsible for Kwikforms interests in New Zealand.

Eugenio de Sa - Managing Director of
Waco UK
Eugenio joined Waco UK in March 2000 as Financial Director. At the beginning of 2007 Eugenio was appointed Commercial and Operations Director. He gained extensive operational experience over this period. Eugenio was appointed Managing Director with effect from December 2008. Prior to this, Eugenio was Financial Director of UPC, part of the Edcon group and also of John Craig, previously part of the Waco International group. Eugenio has a Bachelor of Commerce from Wits University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Michael Graham Els - Chief Executive Officer of Waco Africa
Michael has a BSc (Quantity Surveying) from UCT and was appointed on 1 July 2010 as CEO of Waco Africa (Pty) Ltd. Michael started his career at Lane Dove Quantity Surveyors in Cape Town. The nineties saw Michael start Kerr Projects (Pty) Ltd specialising in commercial construction and development. After selling this business he formed a construction company, Flagprop (Pty) Ltd., which he ran until his appointment to Waco Africa.

Mark R Towler - Company Secretary
Mark joined Waco as Group Treasurer in October 1993 which
he continues to manage in addition to his duties as Company
Secretary. He previously headed Treasury Divisions of Dorbyl
Ltd and Samancor Ltd. Mark has a Bachelor of Commerce.
