Stephen C-M King (Chairman)
Stephen King is a Partner of Unitas Capital (Formerly CCMP Capital Asia) based in Hong Kong and currently oversees the firm’s activities in Australia and Singapore. Prior to joining Unitas Capital (Formerly CCMP Capital Asia), Stephen spent nine years with JP Morgan & Co in New York and Hong Kong where he held numerous positions in Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions, including serving as head of the firm’s Private Placements group in Asia and as co-head of JP Morgan Capital’s Hong Kong office. Prior to that Stephen was with Merrill Lynch in New York in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Stephen holds a BA from Harvard University.

Stephen J M Goodburn (Chief Executive Officer)
Stephen has been with the Waco Group since 1990. He started with Gentyre, a then listed subsidiary of Waco. Stephen has held numerous senior positions in this period until his promotion to Group Financial Director in 1997. Stephen played a significant role in the management of Waco during and after the leveraged buyouts in 2000 and 2005 and the extensive international experience he gained whilst with the Group was invaluable in managing the process. In August 2011 Stephen was appointed to the position of CEO of the Waco Group.

Robert (Bob) Joseph McGuire
Bob McGuire is a Senior Member of CCMP Capital Advisors (UK), LLP, and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining CCMP in 2010, Bob was Vice Chairman of JPMorgan Cazenove, where he was responsible for senior client relationships with numerous UK-based companies, with a focus on those in the energy sector. From 2005 to 2008, he served as JPMorgan Cazenove’s co-head of Corporate Finance and then head of Corporates. In this capacity, he was responsible for integrating the corporate finance groups of JPMorgan and Cazenove in their 2005 joint venture and was also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. From 2002 until 2005, Bob was head of UK Investment Banking for JPMorgan where he restructured the team and initiated a review of strategic options in the UK. He served as head of JPMorgan’s European energy team from 2000 to 2002, where he oversaw the merger and consolidation of the European energy teams of JPMorgan, Chase and Flemings. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Bob was at Goldman Sachs & Co., ultimately serving as head of the firm’s European energy and power team. Bob earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in history and in economics from Boston College.

Simon R Bell (Non executive director)
Simon was appointed as director of Waco in November 2006. He is General Counsel of Unitas Capital (Formerly CCMP Capital Asia) based in Hong Kong. He is a non executive director of Air International Thermal (Luxembourg) Sarl, CCMP Alpha BV, CCMP Beta BV, Edwards International Ltd, International Cleaning Solutions Holdings Pty Ltd, Jomark International III BV, Jomark International IV BV and Korea Retail Holdings BV. Prior to joining CCMP in 2006, Simon spent over eight years as a lawyer in private practice, including seven years with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, both in London and New York, and subsequently with Clifford Chance in Hong Kong. Simon holds a B.A. and B.C.L. from Oxford University and is a member of the New York Bar and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

Ajeet Singh (Non Executive Director)
Ajeet Singh is a Partner of Unitas Capital based in Hong Kong. Mr. Singh has been with Emerson for 27 years, the last 17 of which were in leadership positions in Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Singh was President, Asia Pacific for Emerson Network Power, a $1.5 billion business in the region. In the past, he has held this position for Emerson Climate Technologies and has been President Asia-Pacific across all of Emerson's businesses. He holds a BA (Honours) in Economics from the University of Delhi, an MBA from the University of Illinois and an MS in Economics from Wright State University in Dayton Ohio.
